The Cosmetista Expo North & West Africa, a prestigious event dedicated to representatives of the beauty and wellness industry, took place from 11 to 14 May in the vibrant city of Casablanca. The main aim of it was to promote cooperation between the African continent and the rest of the world, providing the opportunity to establish international business contacts.

Polish companies were integrated at a shared stand organised by the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Casablanca, and entrepreneurs made up a large representation. Poland was the guest of honour this year and a delegation from the Polish Embassy in Morocco attended the opening ceremony. The organisers made the stand vibrant and the eyes of potential customers turned towards Polish companies.

During the trade fair Cosmetista organised a conference entitled „Superpowers of Cosmetic Industry in Poland”, where Justyna Żerańska, Ph.D., and Aleksandra Lau-Wyzińska from the Polish Association of the Cosmetics Industry gave interesting and substantive presentations, demonstrating the strength and potential of the Polish cosmetics industry.

At this year’s edition of Cosmetista Expo, our company Marion was worthily represented by Karima Ghatwary and Aldona Klebowska from the Export Department. It was our debut at this prestigious event, during which we presented all four brands. The great interest in our products inspired us to develop further and continue the business talks we started. The trade fair was an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of the local market, and the favourable atmosphere enabled us to establish new business contacts and exchange experience and industry knowledge.
